Covered Venue Wanted

We are seeking a venue that is sheltered so that visitors are not subject to the uncertainties of the Aberdeen weather.

There would need to be sufficient car parking without there being an impact on local residents.

Ideally a multi-storey car park, however, a large warehouse with a yard or similar may be suitable.

An exhibition hall may be suitable albeit often the availability of car parking for visitors in such locations are a problem.

Seeking Venue Rental/Partner

We are happy to enter into a partnership with a 3rd party that may have a suitable venue that we may make use of.  Whether you wish to be a silent partner or an active partner can be discussed and terms agreed. Alternatively a simple rental agreement is also an option.

Why a Covered Boot Sale ?

Aberdeen is one of the very few cities that do have a reliable large city boot sale.

The benefits are many however the key ones are the social aspect and the opportunity for people to ethically dispose of unwanted goods whilst buyers get great bargains.

The city would also benefit from the visitors at what would otherwise be a very quiet commercial time thus providing a boost to local services around the venue.

Additionally, many visitors would remain in the city after the events and make use of the shops and restaurants adding a welcome boost to the city.

We are seeking suitable premises within Aberdeen that are readily accessible to the residents of Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.

When we have secured a suitable venue, we anticipate that Sunday mornings would be the preferred date for visitors. Depending on demand and availability of venue additional days may be an option.
